Traditional AMCs are simply a pass-thru. They receive your orders and funnel them through to an appraiser. The appraiser is left to do everything, all the while trying to give you a quick turnaround time on your urgent reports! Often resulting in this response when you need a status or something done... "please hold, let me contact the appraiser and call you back!"
InHouse removes the Appraiser Black Box. In other words, we do more for the appraiser so they can focus the appraisal. We screen every order to your underwriting guidelines, contact the borrower, setup the appraisal appointment and collect payment all within 30 minutes.
